These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Invoixa (the "Service"), operated by Invoixa ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Invoixa is an online invoicing platform that allows you to create, manage, and send invoices to your clients, track payments, and manage business and client records.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
- The Free plan allows up to 5 invoices per month at no cost.
- The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment partner, Razorpay, and unlocks unlimited invoices and additional features as described on our pricing page.
- By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime: you may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account will move to the Free plan.
- No refunds: all subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused invoices, or cancellations made mid-cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to infringe on the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
6. Your Data & Content
You retain ownership of the client, invoice, and business data you enter into Invoixa. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and information you generate and send using the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Invoixa name, logo, website, and application are the property of Invoixa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
